Typo in resource?

Hi Steve,

While updating the Dutch translations I ran across the following:

Resource IDs: (578)

tsvn:logtemplate\r\n
String which is inserted in the log message boxes in the commit dialogs.\r\n
Use this as a log message templates for users to fill in.

The plural 'templates' is possibly incorrect?

And another question: sometimes we use single quotes to give examples, and
sometimes double quotes. Shouldn't there be a single quote at all times?
(except perhaps when quoting a string that contains a single quote)
Examples:

...Set this to any value (e.g. '*') to...
...Set to \"false\" if you...

Jean-Marc
