Overlay Icons broken in Nightly Build?

Using Nightly Build: TortoiseSVN-1.5.2.13746-dev-x64-svn-1.5.1-dev.msi
OS: Windows XP x64 Professional

In a working copy of mine, I do an SVN Delete on a directory and the
overlay icon (The big red X) does not show up over the folder I
deleted, nor any of the nested sub folders. I have done the following
to try to remedy the problem:

1) Reinstall TortoiseSVN
2) Change Icon Packs

None of these helped.

This used to work perfectly before I upgraded to this nightly build,
so I'm pretty confident this isn't an issue with windows running out
of overlay slots.
