Extended context menu does not always show up on Vista x64

Hi devs,

I noticed a small glitch on Vista x64: when you shift-click on the "Folders"
view in Explorer, you don't get the extended TSVN context menu. However,
this works from the right Explorer pane. This happens with TSVN 1.5.1.
