New feature request: exclude list

Could you please add an exclude list to your project

So when i select folder and press "Commit..." the list of folders i
specified to exclude will not be shown atl all

For example:
Exclude folder with mask: *debug*
Exclude files *.xml
Exclude files __ReSharp*.*
