TortoiseSVN-1.5.0-RC3 released

Hi,

We've just released TortoiseSVN-1.5.0-RC3, linked against
Subversion-1.5.0-RC9.

This is the last release candidate before the final 1.5 release. The
final release will be out in a week or two.

So please download and install this RC3, give it a test drive and report
back all bugs you can find!
