Excluding .svn folders from Vista search

Hi,

Please CC me <malartre_at_gmail.com> because I do not receive this list.

I'm following the steps found on:
http://tortoisesvn.net/report_a_bug

Windows Vista currently index .svn files and it's content.

For exemple, if I search for "Design" in one of my folders, I will find these
files:

Design - Accueil - Vue d'un élève.jpg
Design - Accueil - Vue d'un élève.jpg.svn-base in prop-base
Design - Accueil - Vue d'un élève.jpg.svn-base in text-base

On a big folder, this can be really annoying.

I did not find how to automatically exclude a file extension from Vista's
indexing engine.

A possible fix: I can right-click on a folder, go into it's Properties, in the
General tab, click on Advance button and click "Index this folder for a quick
search" (rough translation from my French Windows).
Maybe this could be automated?

Maybe there is the same problem on XP.

Thanks,
Carl
