user interface issues on properties dialog 1.5.0, Build 12887 RC2

Hi,

 I have just installed 1.5.0 RC2 for testing, especially handling of
large directories which is much improved even with svn 1.4 server.

I happened to look at the properties of the working copy and noticed two
issues.

1) when initially opening the properties dialog, The first property in
the list appears selected but pressing the Edit button brings up the Add
property dialog ( as though nothing had been selected. The edit button
is disabled if you select and then de-select a property.

2) the tool-tip does not disappear when the edit button is pressed.

I have attached a screen shot showing this. Note that the property
tsvn:logminsize showed as selected before I pressed the Edit button.
