On question though:
can you really reproduce this with the TSVN RC2 version? Or only with
the RC1 one? Because I changed the update depth in RC2 to avoid exactly
such a problem.

To reproduce that problem:

(file has more than one revision, repository on apache server with svn
1.4.6 running):

svn up file -r1 --depth empty
svn up

That's all it takes.

And if you could try a nightly build of TSVN and see if you still get a
corrupted working copy, that would help too.
