r12999 Log:
Don't show the "edit log message" context menu entry if no message is selected.

That sounds like it is fixing a different problem. I don't think the
problem I am reporting is of the context menu entry showing when it
shouldn't. This one happens even if a revision *is* selected, and in
fact you can do this many times, selecting different revisions. It
always comes up blank when invoked from the message pane until you
have done it once from the revision pane. Looks more like an init bug.
