Blinking cursor issue in Show Log

Hi,

I noticed that in the Show Log dialog, hovering the mouse cursor over the
middle pane (where the text log of the currently highlighted revision is
displayed) results in a flickering cursor. It does not flicker when you keep
the cursor still, only when you move it does this happen. It blinks quickly
between the standard arrow pointer and the caret cursor. I'll also
occassionally see a side-ways caret cursor blink in the pattern.

I'm using Windows Vista x64 Business. Below is the information on the
version of TSVN I'm using:

*TortoiseSVN 1.5.0, Build 12941 - 64 Bit -dev, 2008/05/18 14:31:55
Subversion 1.5.0, -dev
apr 1.2.12
apr-utils 1.2.12
berkeley db 4.4.20
neon 0.28.2
OpenSSL 0.9.8g 19 Oct 2007
zlib 1.2.3*
