I don't think we should make those available for download: any developer
who wants to use those as an example can build them themselves. And
since those are only examples without any real features behind them,
they're useless for non-developers anyway.

But maybe you could compile the C# example and send it to this list with
instructions on how to use it? I think it would be better for
screenshots for our docs.
