Nope, only TSVN.
On a slightly different note, I just tried the Export under the Log Caching section of the settings and it won't export anything. No error, just doesn't do anything. Possibly related, the "Save as type" for the dialog is empty, but should probably have ".csv" and "all files" in the list as is normal for those dialogs.

I have to admit that you're not the first one reporting this. But I couldn't find the reason for this (yet).
Last time this happened, those 'ignored' overlays dissapeared after uninstalling TCVS (not TSVN). Do you have by any chance TCVS installed too?
