Setting [Status cache] - [Shell] gives icon overlays outside WC

Hi,

With the nightly r12681, when I select [Shell] for [Settings] >
[Icon overlays] > [Status cache], "non-versioned" overlays appear on all
files and folders, including those outside WC. Only the paths in
[Exclude paths] are left without overlays.

Please don't show overlays outside WC.
