TortoiseSVN Create Date Bug

Hey Devs,

I have found a bug on the following version of TortoiseSVN.

OS: Vista Ultimate 64-bit, XP 32-bit
Versions:
TortoiseSVN 1.4.8, Build 12137 - 32 Bit , 2008/02/16 11:09:38
Subversion 1.4.6,
apr 0.9.12
apr-iconv 0.9.7
apr-utils 0.9.12
berkeley db 4.4.20
neon 0.27.2
OpenSSL 0.9.8d 28 Sep 2006
zlib 1.2.3

When I check in a dll into SVN, the create date is not retained.

When I checkout from SVN, the create date is assigned as the checkout date,
instead of the date that the dll was created.

I want the dll create date to retain the build create date.

Let me know if you need more info than that.

Thanks,

~Tim
