This question has nothing at all to do with the devlopment of
TortoiseSVN. You should be asking on the users list, not the
development list. But to answer your question, you use the explorer
context menu. 'Checkout' a working copy from the SVN server. Make your
changes. Then 'Commit' the changes back to the server. Reading the
manual/helpfile would be an excellent start.
