Feature Request - Configure SVN Columns to show-up by default for SVN working directories

I've tried setting my default view in Explorer to include certain SVN
columns via the Folder Options dialog, but it doesn't seem to work very
well; at one point "Company" and "Keywords" ended up on non-SVN folders,
and only some of the SVN folders seem to end up showing the SVN
columns. I suppose I can remember individual folder settings and then
go through and setup each working folder with the appropriate columns,
but that is unwieldy.

What I would like instead is the ability to specify columns that I
always want to show up in Explorer when viewing a working folder within
the TortoiseSVN settings, and then have the TortoiseSVN shell extension
make the columns appear when I browse to a working folder.
