The attached file fixes the table rendering, but now the section numbers are
no longer rendered hanging in the left margin. I don't know if you like that
layout; if not, then the left margin for the document should be increased by
.5 inch and the section title rendering should be modified to use a hanging
indent of .5 inch.

The english PDF and HTML docs render fine with this patch.
