Windows Explorer Hangs in Vista SP1

Hi

I'm encountering Problems with Tortoise SVN on Windows Vista SP1.
Whenever Windows Explorer updates it's view (either periodically or by
pressing F5), and some files in the working copy have changed since the last
update, Windows Explorer seems to hang.

Further analysis of the Explorer process have shown, that one thread has
fallen into a endless loop and consumes 100% CPU. The thread start address
is ntdll.dll!RtlDecodePointer+0x9b

Tested versions:
1.4.7.11792 32bit
1.4.8.12137 32bit

Thanks
Fabian Mauchle
