The cache doesn't watch the drive roots anymore as it did in the 1.4.x
versions. It now only watches working-copy roots. If it detects such a
root (wc-root = parent-folder is unversioned), it starts watching that.

So the include/exclude settings are not as important anymore as before.
But of course it's still a good idea to set those.
