CSS help for our docs

Hi,

Our docs (http://tortoisesvn.net/support) are available in different
formats, two of them html based (the html and the chm docs). For those
two, we need some help from you guys: the CSS should be improved so that
the docs look a lot nicer than they do now.

So, if you're familiar with CSS, please help us out!

Here's a list of things I would like to change (but don't know how or
don't have the time to do it myself):

* the header and footers should get some graphics
* the 'next' and 'prev' links at the corner of the pages would look
   nicer as graphic buttons
* itemized lists should show bullets too, maybe even have a colored
background to separate the item from the item-text

maybe it's even possible to change the layout to use a fixed width.

I've uploaded the current English docs to:
http://tortoisesvn.net/TortoiseSVN_en.zip

With this, you can hack the two css files in there as you like. If you
have an improvement, just send the file to the mailing list.

Oh, and if you like to draw some graphics/icons for us, we could use
those too!

Stefan
