bug: different menu options for a locked file depending on ways on accessing the menu

Hi,

I found a small bug, related to the available menu options for a locked file under windows os and per instructions in issue tracker, i'm sending you this email :)

Steps:
1. lock a file.
2. access the context menu for that file using right click. note that the "lock" menu option is "release lock"
3. access the context menu for that file using Shift+F10. note that the "lock" menu option is "break lock"

Actually the menu option at step 3 should be "release lock"
