Three things: Firstly you are on the wrong mailing list. This one is
used if you want to take part in the development of TSVN. You should
be using the users list to ask questions about how to use TSVN.

Secondly, you don't seem to have a basic understanding of Subversion
at all. I suggest you first read the excellent subversion book which
will give you a lot of background on how Subversion works. It can be
found at

Thirdly, you were looking for a Linux client and you have already been
told that TSVN is a Windows-only client. Why ask again on this list?
For general Subversion questions you should try users at
subversion.tigris.org
