I raised this topic a few days ago.
Stefan said there is context menu time out issue, is it possible to just add
a "changelist..." item in context menu, then popup a dialog, This dialog get
all changlist in WC just like in commit dialog, you can add selected file
to a exising changlist, or remove from a changlist if it already belongs to
one or add to new one,etc..
