Bug-ID in the top pane of Log dialog is not shown for bugtraq:message

Hi,

I have some projects which uses bugtraq:message property. Recently, I
noticed that Bug-ID column in top pane of Log dialog became empty for
those projects. But other project which uses bugtraq:logregex like
TortoiseSVN don't have this problem. The problem doesn't happen with
TortoiseSVN 1.4.8.

I verified this on the nightly r12406.

I found recent revision r12264. In this revision, 3 similar parts are
changed. I think in those changes except the top one, "msg." should be
written as "sMsg.".
