Please provide recent enhancements for WC format 1.4.x users

Hi TSVN team,

as I understand right, most of the enhancements and bugfixes discussed
in this list are only availably for working copy format 1.5.0 users.

It's a pity, that users, which have to stay at working copy format
1.4.x, can't profit from the enhancements, especially in the GUI usability.

Specially I'm interested in the ones, which I've shared the discussion. :-X
E.g.:
- Enhancement: expressiveness of the diff view on differing EOL markers
- Enhancement: Refresh in the repo-browser should go "deeper"
- Log messages not updated in cache after editing

If It's not possible to build a let's call it 1.4.8.01 version, think
about a developer level patch.
Perhaps it is possible to provide a separate download of the updated
TortoiseMerge.
