We have two bug reports (received from users of our file manager) connected
to this release of TSVN. Two different OS (XP and Vista), both exceptions
with the same call stack:

It looks like another problem in TSVN icon overlay handler. Is source code
and debug symbols (PDB) available for TortoiseSVN-1.4.8.12137 so we can look
into this problem?
I suppose this patch http://svn.haxx.se/tsvn/archive-2007-06/0280.shtml
is already included in TortoiseSVN-1.4.8.12137?
