Well, I didn't get a crash in TSVN with
TortoiseProc.exe /command:log /path:"http://localhost:8081/"
and configured SvnBridge to https://tfs03.codeplex.com

But I *did* get a crash in SvnBridge. (just downloaded from
http://www.codeplex.com/SvnBridge/Release/ProjectReleases.aspx?ReleaseId=7805).

I'll try again...
