BUG: files and folders with '[' in name cannot be ignored

From: þÕÐÁ-þÕÐÓ <chupaka_at_gmail.com>

When you right-click file with '[' in its name in 'Commit' window and
select 'Add to ignore list -> filename_here', then these files disappear, as
it should be, and its name is added to parent folder's svn:ignore list. But
when you make next commit, this 'ignored' file is again here! You can ignore
it again - and in svn:ignore will be added duplicate record.

p.s. this not happens with files, containing ']' in their names =)
