Deleted the key and re-opened graph, changing size and position several
times. It's position on open is weid, the last width seems to be
remembered but it can revert to left of screen or the last height is
remembered but it reverts to top of screen. I can't quite get a grasp on
the dependencies.

I'm logged in with Admin rights and that has full control access.
