Yes, you have to use the *exact* version of TSVN as you use for the
language dll. TSVN checks only the major versions of the dll and refuses
to load. But if there is a change in resources and you're using a dll
which has not the exact version (i.e. some revisions apart), then you
will get crashes.

(copy it into the TSVN installation folder)
