Closing minimized log dialog (was Re: Dialog dependencies)

Indeed, it does. I think it did not in the build I tested first.

Standard close button on the dialog title.
Anyway, it seems this bug is not related to the merge at all, sorry
for the confusion.
Here is simpler recipe:
1) Open log dialog
2) Minimize it
3) Close it without restoring (e.g. by right-click on task bar -> close)
 => get garbage in LogDlgSizer2
