I can't get apache to work with Tortoise SVN

I know this is most likely a problem that has been covered a million times;
and I'm sorry for bringing it up again, but I searched (possibly not the
right words) and couldn't find any threads that covered my exact problem.

httpd.exe: syntax error on line 117 or c:/Program FIles/Apache software
foundation/apache2.2/conf/http.conf: API module structure 'dav_svn_module'
in file c:/Program Files/Apache Software
Foundation/Apache2.2/modules/mod_dav_svn.so is garbled - expected signature
4153232 but saw 4153230 - perhaps this is not an Apache module DSO, or was
compiled for a different Apache version?
Note the errors or messages above, and press the <ESC> key to exit.

I can't really get past this error so I can't get it working on my http:
server. I've started messing with the Repo-browser, which I don't understand
too well, but one problem at a time.

I can't get tortoise SVN to work on my server. Also, another little bit of
information to note is that the libdb43.dll that I was supposed to put in
the apache modules folder didn't exist, there was a libdb44.dll that I could
put in the folder, I'm guessing this has something to do with it not
working.

Again, I apologize for bringing up something that has probably been covered
many times before, any help is greatly appreciated.
