revprop access revisited

I don't know Stefans reasoning behind the decision to implement the
revprop access via the repo browser, but I have to admit, that it
suites our use case (setting/changing revprops on specific revisions)
better than doing so via the log dialog (as I proposed).
Therefore I'm happy with this impementation. Thanks again Stefan.

On the other hand I can imagine use cases where users are storing
additional revision related informations in revprops.
For this use case I still think the more convenient and logical way to
access this revprops would be via the log dialogs right-click menu in
addition the edit author/log (or perhaps in the shift-right-click menu
replacing the edit author and log entries).

I _don't_ think it reasonable to add a revprop column, mainly because
that would need to be widely configurable to suite the wide range user
requirement, and Stefan already explained the performance penalties
that would entail.
