Since many people are using SubWCRev (or like to use it) without needing
TSVN itself (build machines only, ...) I've decided to create so called
static builds which I will make available together with the 1.5 release.
Those static builds are standalone exe files which don't require TSVN to
be installed.

Static builds of SubWCRev(COM).exe and both diff tools (TMerge and
TIDiff) will be available.
