Localized images in docs

Hi,

I'm maintaining the Slovenian docs translation and would also like to
add localized images. No problem here, the readme explains everything,
except that it mentions a file called ImageStatus.txt (or something
like that) with information which images need to be updated. I can't
seam to find this file in the repo. If this information available
elsewhere?
