Try uninstalling TSVN completely, then install 1.4.7 again. It should
pop up an UAC dialog before the main installation begins. If not, then
the MS merge modules for the CRT and MFC are not really Vista compatible.
I know it works on a fresh Vista installation with not previous
installation of TSVN - maybe the update doesn't work that well for those
merge modules (that issue should be solved for the nightly builds).
