* what commands do you try with TSVN?
* what path do you right-click on to execute that command?
* do you have access rights to that folder? (not UAC related, check the
file/folder permissions)
* in the error dialog, hit Ctrl-C and paste the message in your next
mail - we need to know *exactly* what's written there
