make TortoiseCVS use the new handler for icon overlays

Hi,

as some of you may have noticed, I've implemented a new icon overlay
handler for Tortoise clients to share. That way, the problem with
used-up overlay slots in explorer should be gone soon.

But since it might take a while until the other Tortoise clients change
their overlay handler registration, I've created a small reg file which
changes the registration of TortoiseCVS to use the shared overlay handler.

The file can be found in our repository:
http://tortoisesvn.tigris.org/svn/tortoisesvn/trunk/contrib/other/tcvs.reg
(username: guest, leave password empty)

If you have both TortoiseSVN (nightly build of 2008) and TortoiseCVS
installed you might want to use this file to get *all* the overlays for
both apps. Simply doubleclick on the reg file, then reboot (restart
desktop and explorer).
