Branch/tag dialog

Hi,

I encountered unexpected behaviour in the branch/tag dialog when
creating a branch from an older revision:

1. Check out trunk, r977 of my project (HEAD is 1021)
2. Right-click, Branch/tag
3. So far, so good. From WC at URL is /trunk, To URL is /trunk, and
Create from is r977.
4. Click '...' button to browse for To URL. Repo-browser opens on r977
--> I would expect to browse the HEAD revison, as this is where the
new copy will be placed. A destination chosen from r977 may not exist
any more.
5. Switch to HEAD revision in repo-browser, select /branches, click OK.
6. Now, To URL is /branches, and Create from is HEAD.
--> I don't want to copy from HEAD, but from r977.

I short, there is a two way coupling between the Create from revision in
the Copy dialog and the revision used when browsing for the destination,
which seems unhelpful. Or am I missing something?

Another small issue: If the To URL is longer than the allotted space, a
tooltip pops up to show the entire text. This covers the text, making it
difficult to click into the text to edit it. Is it possible to displace
this tooltip up or down to avoid having to wait for it to disappear?
