Hi Simon,

now that I use this feature regularly, I seems to turn out that
the following is the most efficient / convenient way to use it:

* when being ask, select "permanently offline"
* use F5 or "Refresh" to go online again

There is no such refresh functionality in the revision graph, yet.

Maybe, it would even be practicable to go permanently offline
automatically (i.e. make it the default). But many users might
get confused as they don't realize the "offline" status in the
window title.
