[TSVN] Rev graph problem contacting repo

Hi devs, maybe SF.

Nightly build 11684
When the rev graph is requested on a project with trunk branches and
tags say from the trunk it gives a dialog box to the effect problem
contacting the server and the multiple choice buttons.

There shouldn't be a problem because the following all work.
Show Log, Repo Browser and "Check for modifications" followed by "Check
Repository" all work as expected.

Clicking on "Don't go offline" results in a TortoiseSVN error message :-
"PROPFIND requet failed on '/svn/DUnit2Repos/!svn/vcc/default'
The repo browser shows the root path on the remote server at
192.168.1.20/svn/Dunit2Repos.

Alternatively clicking "Go offline" produces the graph as expected but
almost instantly. Wow!!
