Can you please have a look ar r11568?
I'm trying to change the log dialog title according to the state, but
IsOffline() doesn't seem to work as I would expect it to. With the
change I made in r11568, it now returns 'offline' when the user set so
in the registry (without that, it would always return 'online', no
matter what).
But: if you change the settings back to "ask the user", it still returns
'offline' until you hit F5 in the log dialog.
