Yes it only happens with Apache. If I`m using file:/// or svn://
everything is ok.

Apache Version: Apache/2.0.58 (Win32) DAV/2 SVN/1.4.5 (the current ;-)
Collabnet Subversion Server Setup Package)
TortoiseSVN Version: Nightly Build 11512

I discovered that clearing the log cache helps for a time, but the
problem still comes back after some time.
