Perhaps you have a FAT drive? Perhaps the problem started when DST (summer
time) ended? FAT filesystem stores timestamps as local time rather than
UTC. Windows converts the timestamp to UTC based on the current timezone
offset, rather than using the appropriate offset for the date of the
timestamp.
