Improvement to Import directory browser

From: Brian Mathis <brian.mathis_at_gmail.com>

Steps and expected behavior:

- Open the "Import" dialog (right-click on a folder, Import...)
- Next to "URL of repository" click [...] to browse for a local repo in a folder
- Choose a folder that does NOT have a repository in it, press [OK]
- URL field now contains a path to the folder selected
- Click [...] again to browse
- "Browse for Folder" again is opened, and is set to the default
location (My Documents)

Expected results: The "browse for folder" dialog should be set to the
path that is shown in the URL field, so browsing for a repository can
continue from that location

Actual results: The browse folder is reset to the default, in my case
it's "My Documents", forcing the user to start over.

It would make sense to reset the browse path if the path if the folder
selected does not exist, otherwise it should start where it was left
off.
