Crash on 'recursive' WC switching

1) Unpack attached test repository.
2) Checkout 'test_branch' branch.
3) Try switching working copy to 'root' branch => TortoiseProc crashes.

Tested at work on build 11269, not sure if I will have time to
investigate it myself.
