Issue with uploading large files with windows vista

Hi TSVN team

There is a problem with uploading large files (approx. 20MB) to a subversion
server.

The upload is first very slow and after a few mega bytes (approx. 3-6MB) the
download stops (Status shows: 0 Bytes / s) and does not proceed anymore.

I encounter this problem while trying to upload a Word 2003 document with
the following version of TSVN:
TortoiseSVN 1.4.99, Build 11278 - 32 Bit -dev, 2007/11/06 21:13:51

I disabled autotuning in Windows Vista so this cannot be the problem.

Kind regards

Flo
