TortoiseSVN doc translation status for trunk (r11173)

Hi Folks,

Been quiet for a week, but I was away. I hope you missed the report last week ;)
The latest addition is the Finnish doc translation by Kari Granö.

If you look at the stats, you see that he beats us all with his translation. But since Häkkinen and Räikkönen we know that the finnish are a fast people :D
