'Undo add' sounds slightly awkward and may lead the user to incorrect
expectations
("Why can I undo add, but not delete?").
Maybe 'Unversion' or any other shorthand for 'Remove from the version control'?
Which, by the way, would be a good command to have even for 'normal'
versioned items.
