Redistributing TortoiseMerge and TortoiseIDiff in commercial application

Hello TortoiseSVN Team,

We are a regular user of TortoiseSVN and SVN subversion control system. We use TortoiseMerge for comparing text files under revision control system. Our company has developed a program which can integrate external "compare" programs in our application. We are looking for text and image compare program to integrate with our application so that customers do not have to download and manually configure them. It would be very nice if we can distribute compare programs preconfigured.

We do not link with external program such as TortoiseMerge and TortoiseIDiff.

As these products are available under GPL licenses, we were thinking if it is possible to distribute these two programs to our customers preconfigured within our commercial applications.
